Just a little update on what Seamus has been up to...he is now "running" all around, climbing on everything, and talking up a storm. Some of his favorite new words are ambulance (Dada is psyched), Nope (not my favorite), sweep (he can't walk by a broom without sweeping the floor), "where'd (blank) go", "I see you", "ready set go", etc. Its amazing that he is now able to put 2-3 words together. You just never know what he is going to come out with-seems like there are 1-2 new words a day! He continues to be a picky eater, meal time is always so frustrating as parents...he drinks like a fish though, and is always more interested in what others are drinking than what is in his sippy cup-even if it is the same drink! We bought a potty, as Seamus will often tell you when he is going #2, but we haven't officially started on the training yet...for now he uses the potty like a chair...I even caught him putting his Cheerios in there one day. Lots of laughs! He has been pretty healthy, although right after Christmas, he got a stomach bug while at a Sleep-over at Karen's house. Poor Karen-he puked on her 2x before we got there to pick him up! He was sick for quite a few days with a very high temp (got up to 103.9 at one point), and New Year's Eve, Seamus and I rang in the New Year with popsicles!
We find out next week if Baby #2 is a boy or girl...Mommy's guess is girl-we shall see!
