This is Seamus' new saying, except, it never quite comes out right. Some of the variations we have heard are: ickety split, lickety it, ickety lit! It's hysterical.
I also overheard Seamus tell Brendan at dinner tonight: "Brendan, eat up, you need your protein to get big and strong".
